Welcome to our beautifully restored 'Palmento', a piece of Puglian history transformed into a unique and enchanting retreat. A "palmento" refers to a traditional wine-making facility or cellar found in Puglia . These structures were historically used for the production of wine, particularly in the region's rural areas. Our Palmento captures the essence of traditional wine-making, offering guests a truly immersive and authentic experience.

The Palmento features an original limestone stone structure with a traditional arched or ‘barrel-vaulted’ ceiling, creating a warm and inviting open-plan living space that seamlessly blends history with contemporary design.

Our Palmento accommodates 2 guests, offering a spacious yet relaxing double bedroom. The bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a cozy and intimate setting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This apartment also comes with it’s own private entrance bathroom and garden patio; which we created by cutting deep into the rocky earth of the Puglian landscape. A unique ‘garden cave’ where tranquility was always in our minds when designing it. Guests of the Palmento also have access to all the shared areas for the Masseria; including the outdoor patio, infinity pool overlooking our valley garden, our indoor dining and sofa nook area as well as the hectare of orchard garden.
