A Masseria is more than just a building; it's a cultural symbol deeply rooted in the history of this region. 

Originally fortified farmhouses, Masserias were essential for agricultural life in Puglia, serving as both homes and places of work. Today, they stand as reminders of a bygone era, and we have renovated ours to seamlessly blend old-world charm with contemporary comforts.

Born from a four-year renovation project, we meticulously designed the complex to preserve the ancient structure's essence while infusing it with modern amenities. The result? A retrofitted building that exudes antique charm which not only meets our needs as our home but has helped to create a space we are proud to open to our guests.

Each of our three accommodations offer a unique blend of comfort and style and feature their own private;

We have created our home to be in keeping with Puglia's climate and so we can offer our guests;

  • Air conditioning for the warm summer months
  • Mosquito nets around doors and windows in our living spaces
  • Underfloor heating for the cooler end of the year (because we think Puglia is as beautiful in the Winter as it is during its famous Summer!)

    Our shared living spaces were specifically designed to foster a sense of community while offering every opportunity for relaxation. This concept of blending privacy with community was really important to us as the very idea of our project was born from our own unforgettable experience in a similar minded B&B some years earlier.

    • The heart of our Masseria is our indoor converted antique cow barn, transformed into a cozy sofa lounge and dining area where guests can gather and unwind.
    • Step outside, and you'll discover our outdoor veranda, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
    • Take a dip in our infinity swimming pool, stretching nearly 12 meters long and offering uninterrupted vistas of our gardens.
    • Our hectare of meticulously landscaped land provides the perfect backdrop for leisurely strolls and quiet contemplation.
    • Relax in our sun lounging area or gather around the fire pit for an evening of camaraderie under the stars.

    *If you arrive early then don't worry, you can use the shared spaces before your room is ready. I'm sure we can muster up a cocktail or two while you wait!
